Anything about the catalogue itself. Which size of cart folds into a small boot, whether the 15.6-inch sleeve takes a chunky gaming laptop, what the difference is between the two beach totes, where a figure on a page came from. If we got something wrong, tell us and we will fix the page.
What we cannot
Anything about an order. We do not see orders, tracking numbers, refunds or delivery dates, because the purchase happens with our retail partner and not here. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Take order questions to them and they will be answered by someone who can actually look them up.
How long we take
A working day or two. If a question needs measuring something, longer, because the measuring gets done before the reply is written.
